Patty Kuzara is a 42 year old non-smoking mother of three. She has been diagnosed with Stage-4 Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer. The benefit is to assist her and her family with the cost of her medical expenses.
The event will be held on Sunday, June 3, 2012.
Tickets are $20.

The band Breakaway will be performing at the event .
