The Masonic War Veterans of NYS - Niagara Frontier Post #10 will have a Wreath Laying Ceremony in honor of George Washington on Feb 21st at approx 2PM at the George Washington Monument located across from the Rath Bldg at 92 Franklin St. in downtown Buffalo
