We are a Day Habilitation Program for adults with developmental disabilities and other special needs. We have a new name (formerly WHEELS now Phoenix North) and a new location (formerly Niagara Falls now North Tonawanda. We are hosting an open house to showcase the new changes and inform the community of the services we offer.
