The South Buffalo American Legion Post #721 located at 136 Cazenovia Street, Buffalo, New York will be holding a Flu & Pneumonia Vaccination sponsored by The VNA (Visiting Nurses Association) on Thursday, September 29, 2011 from 11:00am - 2:00pm in the upstairs hall.

The following Insurance's will be accepted:

Medicare Part B
Independent Health
Univera
Blue Cross & Blue Shield

If you do not have any of the above coverage’s the Flu Vaccination is $30 and the Pneumonia is $45

Please be sure to bring your Medical Insurance ID Cards with you.
