Event Description
Buffalo State College will be offering a free tax preparation program from Jan. 31 - April 13. Fully trained volunteers will be able to prepare quality income tax returns for students, community members and families of Erie County and Western NY earning less than $50,000 per year free of charge.
Hours of operation are Monday and Tuesday from 4:00pm- 8:00pm by appointment only; Wednesday from 4:00pm-7:00pm and Saturday from 8:30am-1:30pm. Please call (716) 878-5907 to make an appointment.
Preparers ask that individuals who wish to have their taxes prepared bring photo identification, social security cards, wage and earning statements, and a copy of last year’s Federal and State returns, if available.
