The annual Memphis Bound Competition is coming together for 2010. The Winners will represent Western NY in Memphis, TN between February 1 and February 5, 2011 at the International Blues Challenge (IBC). The blues band competition will be held at The Hard Rock Cafe in Niagara Falls, Ne York USA
