BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) -- An emotional day for loved ones of 27 year old Shawn-Tia McNeil and 32 year old Tiffany Wilhite as hundreds showed for their wake services at the True Bethel Baptist Church during Thursday evening. The two victims are cousins.

Glen McNeil, the proud father of Shawn-Tia and uncle to Tiffany, says their futures were bright. Both had a fiance and were preparing to start their careers after finishing up courses at the UB Educational Opportunity Center. "I'm really hurt... I'm hurting," Glen McNeil said. "I watched them both grow up...they're suppose to bury us."

The two women were among the four shot and killed outside of the City Grill Restaurant early Saturday morning, August 14th. Shawn-Tia's dad says she almost didn't go to the event there. "I seen her on the 13th, they say Friday the 13th is a bad luck day. She didn't want to go to this party, someone was just like come on let's go," McNeil said. "Have a good time, that's what she was going to do, have a good time... she come out and she get killed."

Now loved ones are saying goodbye. The family made t-shirts in their memory. "This is what we did all the time, design shirts," Shareese Works, the victims' cousin said. "Our family is so tight that it's been a lot of stress for us this whole week. It's just gonna be so hard to say goodbye to both of them."

"We do everything together," Naseera Edwards, another cousin, said. "It's just hard... hard for everybody."

Police have been present during services as officers continue to search for the shooter. The church is preparing to put up a monetary reward for information leading to an arrest. "We are preparing to offer a reward for their capture," Rev. Darius Pridgen of True Bethel Baptist Church said.

"The people that know anything about this need to say something, they need to really say something," McNeil said.

There will be calling hours from 11am until noon on Friday at the church for the two women, followed by their funerals. Tiffany Wilhite will be buried at Ridge Lawn and Shawn-Tia McNeil at Forest Lawn Cemetary. Shawn-Tia would have been 28 years old this Sunday. "I'm not going to say goodbye because she's here with me right now," Shawn-Tia's dad said.
