BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - A new report out on the nation's public schools show that more than half of the country's black, male students are failing to graduate.
Buffalo public schools were named in the report, compiled by the Schott Foundation for Public Education, graduating only 25 percent of African American male students.
The report claims that some school districts are failing to provide the proper resources for the students.
Only three other school districts fared worse than Buffalo for the lowest graduation rates among black males. They include Cleveland, Ohio, Detroit, Michigan and Dade County, Florida.
