BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - The Buffalo Bandits will head into the all-star break on a losing note. They fell to the Philadelphia Wings on Saturday 10-9.

This game was close until the end as the Wings' Drew Westervelt broke a 9-9 tie with 1:18 remaining in regulation to give Philly the lead. It was Westervelt's only goal of the game.

Buffalo's Tracey Kelusky and Chad Culp each had a pair of goals but Kelusky's bid for a hat trick was denied by Wings goalie Brandon Miller in the final seconds of the game to seal the win.

Bandits forward John Tavares had a goal and four assists.

Buffalo next plays on March 5th, at home, against Rochester.
