President Obama Friday said we are headed in the right direction upon the release of the June jobs report. The report indicated a decrease in the unemployment rate but the Labor Department said the U-S economy lost 125-thousand jobs last month.
Lisa August, Associate Director of the Career Development Center at Buffalo State College says, job seekers should continue looking for jobs because they are out there. August says employers are not looking for the most experience but the candidates with the right experience.
"Job seekers should be addressing what employers are looking for and job seekers should really be focused on making a good match between themselves and the employer based the information they are seeing in ads and about their organizations," says August.
