TONAWANDA, NY (WKBW) -- A large effort is underway to create a skate park in the City of Tonawanda in memory of 17-year-old Greg Holler.

Holler passed away in 2008, and his family decided to honor his memory by building a skate park, as Greg loved to bike and skate.

The community skate park project has made this months list of Pepsi Refresh great ideas, and may be awarded up to $50,000 should it win in its category.

The winner in each category is decided by online voting. Anyone can vote for any project once each day. To cast a ballot for the Tonawanda skate park, click here.
