Buffalo Man Pleads Guilty in Dunkirk Murder

DUNKIRK, NY (WKBW) -- A Buffalo man accused of murder has pleaded guilty to the 2008 killing of a Dunkirk man, according to the Dunkirk Observer online.

21-year-old Chaz D. Frazier was under indictment for the second-degree murder of 31-year-old Velmon L. Davis Jr., of Dunkirk in November of 2008.

Tuesday, Frazier pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter. Frazier will be sentenced at a later date, and could receive up to 25 years in jail.
