Police in Fredonia are searching for a missing teenager who disappeared Sunday afternoon. 19-year-old Bobby Raynor suffers from schizophrenia, and anyone with information is asked to call the Fredonia Police Department.

More than twenty days after its due date, lawmakers in Albany continue to battle over the state budget. Senators are now proposing several new taxes and fees as ways to close the $9 billion budget deficit.

Some airports in Europe are reopening today, attempting to deal with the chaos and confusion caused by massive volcanic ash clouds. The volcanic ash has grounded flights and stranded travelers for several days in Europe, and officials say it may take several weeks to resolve the huge backlog.
