43-year-old Ronald Delp of North Tonawanda is now in police custody and faces felony sexual abuse charges. Delp was originally arrested back in March after police say he lured a 9-year-old boy into his car. He was eventually freed on $20,000 bail, but as the investigation continued into his kidnapping case, police discovered there was another victim. North Tonawanda Police say new information uncovered a victim of sexual abuse. This new case dates back to 2008 with a separate young boy. Police say the young boy, who's age is not being released, was allegedly sexually abused by Delp back in 2008. Delp is currently being held at the Niagara County on $50,000 bail.
