The 'Tea Party Express Tour' made a stop in Western New York today. The conservative group's "Just Vote Them Out" national tour caravan is criss-crossing the state with stops in Buffalo, Syracuse and Albany. Local developer and candidate for governor, Carl Paladino was also at today's event along with former Saturday Night Live Actress Victoria Jackson. Organizers estimate close to 1,500 Western New Yorkers came out to show their support.

"The people of Buffalo deserve this," said Buffalo Tea Party Organizer Allen Coniglio. "The politicians think they can just ignore us and turn the other way. They pretend we don't exist, but we do and we want them to know we will remove them from office."

Supporters of the Loyalist Society of Buffalo were also on hand near the rally to protest the tea party.

"We should not exploit the economic situation to scare people," said Loyalist Society Supporter Ally Dorritie.

The Tea Party Express Tour also stopped in Syracuse today and will now head to Albany for another tea party in front of the capital building.
