A WNY Marine killed in Afghanistan will be laid to rest today. The body of Sergeant Frank World returned to the Niagara Falls Air Force base on Friday. World was killed in an IED explosion.

Family, friends and colleagues of firefighter Jonathan Croom, who was killed in the line of duty last year, gathered for a benefit in honor of the fallen hero Sunday.

Four St. Bonaventure University basketball players are due in court today, facing charges in connection with a stabbing that happened last month.
