Several local friends from various backgrounds have banded together to launch the Unite by Night event at The Foundry, to benefit the local nonprofit National Federation for Just Communities Western New York (NFJC).
The NFJC's work to promote understanding and respect among people of all races, religions, and cultures through advocacy, conflict resolution, and education is critical.
Event organizers felt it important to start their work towards positive change right in their own backyard, and support an organization whose work is beneficial to the community.
The event will feature open bar and appetizers, DJ and dancing, as well as a special "diversity fashion show", showing off the beauty of diversity in our community. Tickets are $40, with profits going to NFJC, to help support their programming locally.
