EPIC is offering a free program the first Saturday of the month at Catholic Health headquarters.
It is called Ready, Set, Parent! geared towards expecting and new parents. The program runs 1-3pm and covers The Three Terrific T’s of Parenting:
Taking Care of Yourself as a Parent
Tuning into Your Baby’s Needs
Teachable Tips for Early Brain Development
We are offering FREE car seats to participants*
*must complete course, participate in car seat safety class that follows the Ready, Set, Parent! program, and must be income eligible
