The Renee C. Greco Heart to Heart Foundation aims to change that by operating as a bridge between Erie County and the fostering community by sustaining foster children and foster families with materials and valuable support to help them prosper.
That includes our goal of providing “Heart Bags” upon placement with basic needs & a special toy or stuffed animal to bring a smile for children that come into care with nothing but the clothes on their backs.
We will also be supplying suitcases, drawstring bags, canvas bags, duffel bags, backpacks or any sort of travel baggage for transportation to basic toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste, brushes, to clothing that includes coats, socks underwear, diapers, baby items all the way to needed daily supplies.
This will help alleviate what can be a chaotic situation for them and have items to call their own that they don’t have to borrow until other funding comes in.
