Laura Gray is no stranger to lake effect snow. She comes to Channel 7 from WJET-TV in Erie, Pennsylvania. As Education Reporter, Laura had the opportunity to cover academic competitions in Chicago and San Antonio. She also crossed over the state line to cover stories that affected Western New York including the hunt for Ralph "Bucky" Phillips and the Yolanda Bindics case.

Before working in Erie, Laura interned
at KDKA, the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, and in London, England with NBC.

Laura was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Point Park University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
