Ginger Geoffery
Ginger Geoffery anchors Eyewitness News This Morning with co-anchor Patrick Taney Monday through Friday, plus she is the anchor/producer of Eyewitness News at Noon.
She is a native of Winter Haven, Florida, but she's made Buffalo her home since 2001. Ginger's past experience includes reporting on the Buffalo Sabres for the Empire Sports Network, anchoring the news on WBEN-AM, and traffic reporting for several area stations. Before moving to Buffalo, the University of Florida graduate worked as a sports anchor for CNN Headline News. Her career has also taken her to Dallas, TX where she reported on the Dallas Stars hockey and Texas Rangers baseball teams, and Denver, CO where she worked for the NBC affiliate. Ginger joined Eyewitness News in the fall of 2004.
She stays active away from the office with running, weight training, and she's performed with local theatre groups. Ginger and her husband Rick live in Buffalo.
